Shipping

Shipments are carried out via GLS express courier throughout the Italian territory and in selected European countries.

Average delivery times range from 1 to 5 business days within Italy, depending on the destination and the availability of the ordered products. For international shipments, delivery times may extend up to 7–10 business days, depending on the destination country.

The shipping cost is calculated automatically during the checkout process and displayed before order confirmation.

Shipping is free for orders equal to or exceeding €100.00, calculated net of any discounts or promotional coupons. This threshold applies only to shipments within Italy, unless otherwise specified.

For Nails & Beauty S.R.L. is not responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or caused by force majeure (strikes, exceptional weather events, roadblocks, customs restrictions, etc.), but commits to providing timely updates on the shipment status and assisting the customer when needed.

GLS Flexible Delivery Service – FlexDeliveryService

To offer you an even simpler and more personalized shopping experience, all shipments made with GLS include the FlexDeliveryService at no additional cost.

Thanks to this service, the recipient receives constant updates on the shipment status and can independently choose how and when to receive the parcel, both before and after the first delivery attempt.

Available Options

With FlexDeliveryService, you have six different delivery options available:

  • Reschedule the delivery date: you can choose a new convenient day to receive your parcel.
  • Pick up at a GLS location or Parcel Shop: collect your shipment from an authorized pickup point near you.
  • Specify an alternative address: have your parcel delivered to a different location (e.g., home, office, etc.).
  • Delivery to a safe place: you can authorize GLS to leave the parcel in a designated area (e.g., garden, garage, balcony, etc.).
  • Authorize delivery to a neighbor: if you’re unavailable, you can delegate the delivery to a trusted neighbor.

How It Works

  • After confirming your order, you will receive an email with a link to access the FlexDeliveryService area.
  • From there, you can manage the available options with just a few clicks.
  • If delivery is not successful on the first attempt, you will still be able to choose your preferred option.

Payment Methods

On our website, you can choose from a range of secure and flexible payment options designed to suit every need:

1. Credit or Debit Card (via Stripe)
We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) through the secure Stripe platform. Payment is immediate and fully protected.

2. PayPal
You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment securely. With PayPal, you can also choose the “Pay in 3 installments” option (if available on your account).

3. Klarna – Pay in 3 interest-free installments
Select Klarna at checkout to split the total amount into three monthly payments with no additional costs. Available for eligible amounts, subject to Klarna’s approval.

4. Bank Transfer
You can make an advance payment via bank transfer or PostePay. The instructions with all necessary details will be sent to you by email once the order is placed. The shipment will be processed after the payment has been received. Payment must be completed within 5 business days from the order confirmation.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
You can pay in cash directly to the courier upon delivery. This service includes an additional fee of:

€5.00 for orders up to €150.00

5% of the total amount for orders over €150.00

Cash on delivery is available for orders with a minimum value of €50.00. This service is only available for shipments within Italy.
